The continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra has organized an online course about the management of negotiation skills and bargaining

The course aims to refine the skills of the participating trainees and to acquaint them with information related to the administrative functions that employees need to practice at all administrative levels of the organization.

 The course presented by Dr. Orouba Rashid Ali Al-Badran included the concept of negotiation, why the employee should learn negotiation skills, the condition of negotiation, the basic rules of negotiation, negotiation methods, important tactics in the negotiation process, the characteristics of negotiations, types of negotiation, and principles of negotiation.  And the use of negotiation questions, and how to lead the negotiating team.

 At the end of the course, the recommendation was  that training and qualifying functional staff is necessary according to the latest findings of advanced organizations in the field of modern practices in administrative work, taking into account the peculiarity of the of Iraqi conditions
