The Top Ten Leadership Skills

The aim of the workshop which is part of the leading skills from the course to illustrate the ten skills which possess by any administrative or leadership official or what it's called important skills for participants.

The workshop that was presented by Dr. Refaat Abdullah Jassem included the discussion about 10 basic skills, which must be characterized by leaders, managers, and the basic components for all skills to master them.

 At the end of the workshop, the presenter recommended training the administrative leaders on leadership skills, which are called soft skills, which enable leaders and managers to perform their work perfectly and in a way reflected in the performance of their administrative units
