The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online course about the Discipline Law for State Staff and the Public Sector. No.14 of 1991.

The workshop aims of the course,which is part of the leadership skills course, is to acquaint the participants with the State Staff Discipline Law, State, and Public Sector employees, and in particular the duties of the employee, and the penalties prescribed for disciplinary violations and administrative investigation.

The workshop, which is presented by the lecturer I'tidal Abdel-Baqi Yusef, included the rights of employees according to the discipline law of the State Staff and public sector, and positive duties that the employee legally as well as the negative duties that the employees must avoid, also to shed light on the administrative and scientific guide for the colleges and institutes Deans and their assitants in Iraqi universities.

‎‏ At the end of the workshop, the presenter's recommendation was that it is necessary to hold more courses for State Staff and Public Sector on different topics related to practical life issues
