The University of Basra organizes a workshop about (Strategic Integration in Human Resources Management)

The continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop (Strategic Integration in Human Resources Management)..The aims of the workshop, which is part of a training course about Human Resources Management, are to introduce participants to strategic integration of everything It relates to human resources management, emphasizing that it is one of the specializations related to professional applications, and introducing participants to a general theoretical framework to the concept of the human resources, its objectives, importance, and functions.

The workshop which was presented by the teacher Areej Karim Rahman included the definition of the concept of human resources management as the process of management that provides what the state needed and maintains its self confidencece  and stability. It also included the objectives of the human resources management function, which are humanitarian, social, organizational, and career objectives, that provide human resources with specializations and various qualifications. the presenter also emphasized on providing the means and procedures related to workers individuals through training programs, coordinating between administrative units, helping discover difficulties and problems related to individuals, affecting the institutional effectiveness of,  helping diagnose organizational competencies and effectiveness, helping managers in formulating and managing job statement, job planning, recruitment, employee performance evaluation, management of promotion, transfer and termination processes, as well as human resources training, career development planning, employee repayment determination, human maintenance programs design, implementation, and coordination in the field of Human Resource Management.

At the end of the workshops, the presenter's recommendation was on the necessity of enabling the participant to analyze concepts in human resources management, discuss their suitability for application in various organizations in two sectors public and private, and dealing with other skills
