
The continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra. organized an online workshop about Essence of Needs Planning and its Importance in Human Resources Management
the aims of the workshop, which is part of a training course about human resources management, are to introduce participants wigh what is needs planning, its importance, how to planning human resources analysis, job design, and description, steps for job analysis, and methods of collecting information that used in job analysis.
The workshop which was presented by the lecturer Areej Karim Rahman included the definition of the planning and needs of human resources, the importance of planning human resource needs, and the importance of planning human resource needs, as it is a targeted means of obtaining the workers by achieving the progress of the production, marketing, and financing processes during the stages that later time with the energies, and skills required to achieve this, and how to plan by determining what is required to be determined from the human resources during the future stage,designing, describing jobs, and it begins through giving an accurate description of the employee.
At the end of the workshops, the recommendation was on the necessity of enabling the participant to, identify the needs of human Staff in determining quantity, type, and learning skill in job analysis and description, and work to collect accurate data and convert it into the information of interest to the final beneficiaries
