The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra  organized an online lecture about “The Management of  Bargaining Skills and Negotiation”

‏The lecture aims which is part of middle administrations course  to refine the skills of the participating trainees and to enrich them with information related to the administrative functions that State Staff need to practice at all administrative levels of the organization.

‏The lecture which is presented by Dr. Orouba Rashid Ali Al-Badran included the negotiation concept, and why the employee should learn negotiation skills, the condition of negotiation, the basic rules of negotiation, negotiation methods, important tactics in the negotiation process, the characteristics of negotiations and types of negotiation, and the principles of negotiation, And the use of negotiating questions, and how to lead the negotiating team.

‏At the end of the lecture, the presenter recommended that it is necessary of training the State Staff and qualifying them according to the latest findings of advanced organizations in the field of modern practices in administrative work, taking into consideration the peculiarity of the environment of Iraqi organizations
