organized an online workshop about “Crisis Management Skills”

The workshop aims which is part of the middle administration course to training participants about crisis management and crisis administration

The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Wamid Abdel-Zahra Khudair, included the meaning and concept of the crisis, the possibility of training relevant cadres, having a clear understanding of the causes of the emergence of crises, methods of handling future crises, familiarity with the basics of crisis diagnosis, familiarity with administrative needs to deal with crises, and the possibility of drawing scenarios for dealing with crises from By following the behaviors of dealing with them and identifying how to build the crisis team,

At the end, the workshop,the presenter's recommendation was the need for continuous training about crisis management in Iraqi environments, and the development of a strategic plan for how to manage crises in most government departments, especially service departments, because these departments directly affect human life
