The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop about    “Organizational Conflict Management”.                      

The objectives of the workshop, which is part of the middle administrative course, are to acquiant the participants with the principles, basic concepts of conflict, methods of dealing with it, and knowledge of conflict strategies within organizations.

‏The workshop which was presented by Dr. Wamid Abdul-Zahra Khudair included the conflict concept, the positive effects of organizational conflict, the negative results of organizational conflict, the intellectual development of studying organizational conflict, the stages of organizational conflict, conflict levels, and conflict resolution strategies.

‏At the end of the workshop, the presenter's recommendation was on the necessity to train on Practical and theoretical approach to face conflict of all kinds in organizations, methods of containing it, and to put a plan to manage all kinds of conflict
