The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online lecture about” Administrative Contexts and Official Adresses”.

The Objective of the lecture, which is part of the middle administration's course, is to clarify some concepts for the trainees, including what we mean by management and what are the contexts within existing institutions ‘administrative structures ‘how to write the official speech ‘methods of writing with the types of official letters in order to determine the importance and purpose of official letters.

The lecture which was presented by the lecturer, Arafat Nasser Jassim, included a detailed explanation administrative context concept of ‘what it consists of and the most important problems of official contexts within the institutions that the employee is exposed to daily and the difference in the administrative context in the service institution.

It also includes how to write official letters, the most important types, the importance of each of them, and the reason for their

existence.

‏At the end of the lecture, the presenter's recommendation emphasized on intensifying efforts for similar lectures to the employees need for them as they deal with official addresses daily, and  the necessity  to pay attention to this aspect, focusing on the importance of the official
