The objective of the workshop, which is part of the middle administrative course, is to provide the participants with the leadership skills necessary to assume management positions.
The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Nidaa Al-Yasiri, Director of The continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra

It also included a discussion of a great speech of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, that required standing in front of it while he was addressing the people of Kufa (If I leave you without my camel, belongings and my servant, then I am a traitor). Leadership is a responsibility, not an loftiness , and its designed to derive the leadership principles in the commandments related to how to manage, respect human rights, build decisions on advice, fight financial and administrative corruption, and achieve the higher interests of the state
