The University of Basra organizes an online workshop about “awareness of Financial and AdministrativeCorruption” The continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop about“ awareness of Financial and Administrative Corruption”                                           within the Rigor project. 

The objective of the workshop, which is part of high leadership skills, are educating and edification participants about corruption and its forms and methods of facing it, raising awareness of it, and acquainting its dangerous effects and consequences. 

The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Refaat Abdullah Jassim, included introducing the importance of this type of study, as well as defining the term corruption, its various study methods, its forms and types, its spread, its danger to the individual and society, and the methods of confronting it.                               
At the end of the workshop, the presenter  recommended to hold workshops for the State Staff about this subject that should be  introduced to  various segments of the community because of its extreme gravity.
