The  Continuing Education and Development

 Center at the University of Basra organized a workshop on the concept of Rational Adminstration  and Good Governance within the Rigor project.

 The aim of the workshop, which is part of the middle management responsibilities skills course, is to refine the skills of the participating trainees, and to present some knowledge and information to them about the above administrative concepts.

 The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Orouba Rashid Ali Al-Badran, included an explanation and presentation of the concept of concept of Rational Adminstration  and Good Governance.

In the end, the recommendation was to hold more administrative courses with various lectures on modern administrative concepts for the employees of state departments and institutions and to keep pace with the changes that the world is going through in general and Iraq in particular
