The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra set a forum on successful educational leadership strategies.

The forum is viewed as part of the Administrative Leadership Skills .It sheds light on the most prominent successful educational leadership strategies for administrators, supported by real examples, in order to feed participants with the methods and leadership capabilities to fulfill their work and tasks. Also it aimed accomplish them in an efficient and effective manner.

The workshop is set  Al-Mansoori, A.A.  (Ph.D.). It included the basic skills of a leader: the ability to plan, the ability to deal with others, the skill of dialogue and discussion management, the ability to manage time, team formation and management, meeting management, problem solving, and decision-making.

   In the end, it is recommended to train administrative leaders on successful leadership strategies, and the skills of a successful leader that enable leaders and managers to perform their work in the required and adequate manner, in a manner that is beneficial to the performance of their administrative units in their various departments.
