The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture on facilitation strategies for Unit Five of the sixth Teaching Methods course for the Humanities course.
The lecture aimed to introduce the concept of facilitation strategies and their importance in the educational process, as well as to familiarize participants with instructional design models used in lesson planning.
The lecture, presented by faculty member Tharaa Abdul-Rasoul Hassan, included an explanation of the general and specific objectives, the concept of strategy and its types, and a review of several practical examples, particularly the brainstorming strategy, which contributes to developing modern teaching skills among trainees
