
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a lecture on the teaching methods used in the light of the theory of (brain-based learning)
The aim of the lecture, which is part of a developmental training course for faculty members in teaching methods, and to train participants on how to influence human behavior and the art of teaching to improve institutional performance.
The lecture, presented by Professor of Curricula and Teaching Methods, Dr. Nidaa Muhammad Baqir Al-Yasiri, included an explanation of the theory of brain dominance and the Hermann scale, and the identification of personalities through the behavior resulting from the types of dominant thinking.
It met the interaction of the participants by answering a questionnaire of the Hermann model and the extensive interventions made by the participants
In the end, the recommendation was not to take any position from anyone if he could not manage others and knows this through knowing himself
