The course aims to define basic issues to understand the tasks and role of human resource management, which is one of the basic functions of organizing the business of managing any organization.

The course presented by Abdel-Sada. M (Ph.D). It included vocabulary on the following: how to divide the position and responsibilities, analyze, describe and design jobs, plan the workforce and attract workers through selection, appointment, compensation, reward, job evaluation, incentives and motivation.

The forum demonstrated the following points: social relations between individuals and workers, mutual respect, the application of human resources management laws and the best work completion to advance the achievement of the organization's goals.
