The President of the University of Basrah, Pro. Dr. Saad Shahin Hamadi inaugurated a Teaching Methods Course in the updated curriculum's fifth sector in the southern region. In the presence of Dr. Ali Hussein Rashk, the University's Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof Dr. Murtadha Al-Musafer, the Dean of the College of Medicine, and the Director of the Continuing Education AND Development Center.
Addressing the audience, President Hamadi emphasized the necessity of building resilience and quality in teacher training to enhance the educational aspect. Dr Rashk stressed the commitment to the updated curriculum set by the ministry. Dr. Rafid Abdul Jabbar from the College of Medicine delivered a scientific lecture to achieve progressive results in teaching methods, highlighting the importance of specialization for fostering the fundamental pillars of educational development.
Naeem Manki Ouda from the University of Basrah's Technical Institute presented an explanatory overview of learning and education. The instructions specified that application for the course is exclusively for those covered by University Service Law No. 23 of 2008. Applicants must attach a copy of the university appointment order, indicating successful completion of the course, along with a copy of the higher degree certificate or the employment contract in universities and private colleges, endorsed by the applicant's current institution's nomination for the course."
