University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on the Flipped Classroom Strategy for Engineering Majors

 

The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah held a scientific lecture on the "Flipped Classroom Strategy" as part of the fifth unit of the Engineering Major's fourth teaching methods course.

 

The lecture aimed to enable trainees to understand the concept and importance of the flipped classroom, and to develop their ability to express opinions and apply this strategy effectively in the educational environment.

 

The lecture, delivered by Dr. Nuha Hadi Jassim, included a definition of the flipped classroom, the role of the teacher as a facilitator, and methods for stimulating student interaction. It also analyzed potential challenges and reviewed the benefits that accrue to students and teachers when adopting this strategy.
