The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a training course titled “Training of Trainers (TOT)”, with the participation of trainees from various disciplines.

The course aims to prepare qualified trainers capable of achieving the objectives of the training programs they deliver, while equipping them with advanced skills in planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Delivered by international trainer Eng. Thamer Habib Dhahir, the program covered multiple topics, including the concept and objectives of training, identifying training needs, program design, training methods and activities, effective communication skills and body language, the Six Thinking Hats, learner types, and Hermann’s Whole Brain Model.
