The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a lecture titled “Professional Ethics for the Engineering Specialization” as part of the sixth unit of the fifth Teaching Methods Training Course.

The lecture aimed to instill ethical values among faculty members and raise awareness of the importance of adhering to professional conduct within the educational environment.

Delivered by Dr. Ouday Basheer Issa, the lecture addressed the concept of professional ethics and its role in building trust between instructors, students, and society. It also reviewed the fundamental principles of professional behavior and emphasized the importance of upholding ethical standards to create an ideal educational environment that fosters academic success.
