The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah organized a lecture titled "Ethics and Professional Ethics for Education Majors," as part of the sixth unit of the fifth teaching methods course.

The lecture aimed to introduce trainees to the concept of professional ethics and to compare personal and professional ethics and their impact on developing educational performance.

The lecture, delivered by Dr. Naeem Mankhi Audah and Dr. Zainab Faleh Salem, included the sources of ethics and their importance, the stages of development of the concept of professional ethics, and the principles and foundations of teaching ethics, professional discipline, and its types. The lecture emphasized the importance of instilling ethical values ​​in educational work.
