The University of Basra organizes an online workshop about cerebral dominance in the tasks of the mid-level management

The continuing Education and Development Center of the University of Basra organized an online workshop on cerebral dominance in the tasks and responsibilities of mid-level management.

The workshop aims to promote the level of performance and professional competence

 of the administrative members to the  degree of mastery within  the updated citeria. In addition to developing the concept of self-training in mid-level management to achieve their ultimate goals.

‏  The workshop, presented by Professor of Curricula and Teaching Methods, Dr. Nidaa Muhammad Baqir Al-Yasiri,  the general director of the Center, included the responsibilities of the mid-level management, its concept, and the theories on which it is based with the application of the Hermann scale of the divisions of the brain to known  individual differences in thinking that apt  these differences with the updated  global criteria.

‏  At the end of the workshop, it was recommended that it is necessary to join these workshops for continuous development  and creativity in the management and do not stop at certain level, which is reflected positively in the results of achieving their goals
