The Continuing Education and Development Center at The University of Basra organized an online Course about in English Language (Headway ).

The course,which is presented by the Lecture Samer Abdul Karim Nasser,  aims to provide a comprehensive and quick introduction to the basics of the English language.

 The course included the basics of English grammar, such as the nature of grammatical structures and vocabulary, the method of correct pronunciation, the basics of conversation with the practice of class language interaction, and other activities, taking into account the four language skills: writing, reading, listening and speaking

      At the end of the course, it was recommended that language courses should be held by the center after the placement test  at the end of the sessions or course;  The course can be considered as a starting point for learning the English language at higher levels to  achieve advancement in language learning and practice
