The University of Basra organizes a workshop about “Brain-Based Learning”

  The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop about   (“Brain-Based Learning”                   The objectives of the workshop, which are part of the middle administration course, is to enable participants with the necessary managerial and leadership skills, to train participants about how to influence in human behavior and the art of leading others and carry out work efficiently and effectively, promote motivation, initiative, innovation, and self-confidence to improve institutional performance.

The workshop, which was presented by Professor of Curricula and Teaching Methods, Dr. Nidaa Muhammad Baqir Al-Yasiri, Director of the Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra, included an explanation of the theory of brain dominance and the Hermann scale, and the identification of personalities through behavior resulting from the types of dominant thinking.

At the end of was the workshop, the presenter recommended not to take any position from anyone if he cannot manage others and knows this through knowing himself
