The University of Basra organizes a workshop on the Theory of Multiple ilIntelligences and Modern Teaching Strategies within The Development and Rehabilitation Project

The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop on the theory of multiple intelligences and the modern teaching strategies emanating from it.

The aims of the workshop, which is part of the course for faculty members in teaching methods, are to enlighten the trainees with the theory of multiple intelligences, to distinguish the types of intelligence and their various activities, and to introduce them to the most important strategies that emerged from each type of intelligence.

The workshop presented by Dr. Saad Ali Zayer included a definition of the theory of multiple intelligences, its origins and founder, and a statement of the types of multiple intelligences, including: linguistic (verbal) intelligence: strategies, activities, logical (mathematical) ,spatio-visual intelligence.  kinesthetic (physical), musical, social (personal) intelligence,  intrinsic intelligence (personal - reflective - intrapersonal - internal), and  Natural (environmental).

At the end, the recommendation was that these strategies should be used in classroom teaching in the future because of their importance in developing the teaching process
