The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a course on leadership skills. The aim of the course is to increase the perception towards the concept of leadership, and to delve deeper into the concept of leadership skills; To provide the trainees with new information that enables them to answer the question: How to be a successful leader?

During the course, which was presented by the teacher, Basil Jabbar Ajeel, discussions took place with the trainees, on several axes related to the concept of leadership, leadership skills, who is the manager, who is the leader, and what are the characteristics of a successful leader.

In the end, the recommendation was that the trainees should adhere to the content of the lectures and discussions, and pay attention to them; To achieve the desired benefit from this course
