The aim of the workshop, which is part of the Administrative Leadership Skills course, is to provide the participants with solid scientific information and concepts in administrative leadership topics and the leadership skills they must possess to refine and enrich their practical skills in this aspect.
The workshop presented by Dr. Orouba Rashid Ali Al-Badran included the definition of administrative leadership, the definition of the leader, who is the manager, the difference between leadership and management, the difference between the manager and the leader, how the manager should be a leader at the same time, types of administrative leadership, the personality of the leading manager, The most important theories of the interpretation of administrative leaders, the most important leadership skills that a manager must possess, sayings and judgments issued by an elite of administrative leaders in the world, stories inspired by the most important international companies about administrative leaders and their practical experiences in being administrative leaders, in addition to asking interactive questions to the trainees to test Their leadership skills in dealing with their subordinates.
In the end, the recommendation was that more courses and workshops are needed in the topics of administrative leadership to supplement the skills of the participants in this aspect
