Organizing a Course on Developing the Capabilities of Human Resources Management

The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a course on developing the capabilities of human resource management

The aim of the course is to introduce the participants to human resource management and (the employee) as one of the assets of the organization that one wants to keep and invest in for the future, so ine enhances and develops their capabilities to benefit them and the organization at the same time, where the properly trained manpower can translate that into productivity   And thus to achieve the goals of state institutions in general, increase the profits achieved, meet the needs of the labor market, and keep pace with modern technology.

The course, presented by Dr. Jawad Obbari Abdel, included: -methods for training and developing human resources- a group of collective methods for training and developing human resources working within the organization- a group of individual methods for training and developing human resources working within the organization

a group of theoretical methods for training and developing human resources working within the organization and a group of methods - a process or application for training and developing human resources working within the organization

- behavioral training and development for human resources working within the organization

- a set of methods that take place in laboratories and centers for training and developing human resources working within the organization and developing

- improving the performance of human resources working in the organization or company

- appropriate planning for the training process and full knowledge of the principles and rules of the training process  - - - the use of appropriate educational and guidance methods during the training process- gaining the confidence of the trainee

- the use of the same training method in more than one group and the direct boss (supervisor) and the senior colleague at work, and the owner of experience and competence

- the method of training and developing human resources in the workplace and during official working hours - the method of training and developing human resources in the lecture halls and what are the success factors of the training lecture

- the behavioral model method and the frankness method- enabling the trainees to understand the behavior of each other- the method of training and development with software- the method  CNC training and development- the multi-management method to train and develop middle and executive management leaders- the style of individual tasks..performance alone

Finally, it is  recommended that

the empowerment strategy is among the strategies that have received great attention recently by researchers and specialists, as it is among the modern concepts and topics in the field of management and organization, reducing the number of administrative levels in the organizational structures and focusing the attention of senior management on strategic issues
