
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized an online lecture on the psychological factor and its impact on work performance, aiming to clarify to employees what the psychological factor is and how it affects their work performance.
The lecture, given by the instructor Duaa Mohammed Khalifa, addressed what the psychological factor is and the psychological factors that affect work performance, such as work conditions, nature of work, emotional balance, and employee needs satisfaction, as well as how to employ the psychological factor in work performance.
In conclusion, the recommendation was made to raise awareness among employees about mental health, as it helps achieve social and economic development and form a integrated personality capable of bearing responsibility. Additionally, it stressed the importance of emotional balance during moments of anger in the workplace, the selection of a capable leader and manager who can form a work team in their department, and building their relationship on cooperation and respect
