The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized an electronic workshop entitled "The Public Job and the Behavior of Public Employees." The workshop aimed to develop the employee's legal and administrative position, as well as to understand their rights and obligations.

The workshop, presented by legal consultant Sajjad Sabah Adham, included three axes. The first axis explained the concept of the public job and the public employee in detail, while the second axis explained the rights of the public employee. The third axis explained the duties of the employee and the penalties for violating them.

In the end, the recommendation was to develop the employee through the laws and regulations that regulate their work to avoid legal problems, as well as not to lose their rights
