The Continuing Education and Development Center at Basra University Organizes a workshop aboutThe Teaching Profession Ethics

 The aims of the workshop, which is part of the teaching methods course for teaching staff, are to

enable new and continuing lectures obligation to the necessary ethics of the university teaching profession, and to perform what satsfies God  and conscience, based on what the religious rules dictate (to) us, and the instructions of the educational institutions.

The workshop which was presented by Dr. Wissam Abdul Karim Hamid  included presenting several university

qualities of the teacher in general, which were derived

from education ethics, psychology, and related ethical books, and then deal with the most important university lecturer ethics through teaching it in the classroom, or dealing with it.  With students, or colleagues, or with the administration.

 At the end of the workshops, the presenter recommendation was the obligation of having professional ethics in general,and especially the Teaching Profession Ethics that deals with the workshops regarding teaching matters and their various aspects
