Additionally, it discussed the Code of Conduct, issued by the Integrity Commission in accordance with Article 3 and Article 6 of the Law on the Integrity Commission and Unlawful Gain No. 30 of 2011. The course addressed disciplinary penalties, circumstances under which employees are subject to punishment, the authority to impose penalties, and the methods of conducting administrative investigations. It also covered the organization of investigative procedures, starting from the formation of the investigative committee to the writing of reports and recommendations.

In conclusion, it was recommended that employees be familiarized with their job responsibilities to avoid mistakes and potential penalties. There was also a focus on developing the skills of individuals nominated to lead or be members of investigative committees, ensuring they can effectively conduct investigations, write reports, and provide appropriate recommendations without arbitrariness or leniency
