The Center for Development and Continuing Education organized an online lecture on the ethics of the teaching profession and university traditions

The aim of the lecture, which is part of a developmental training course for faculty members in teaching methods, is to clarify the difference between the qualifying course and the developmental course and to review the titles of the lectures. It will review the most important ethics that the teaching staff should be characterized by and clarify the term teaching methods and all aspects related to this term.

The lecture, which was presented by Dr. Khawla Hassan Hammoud Al-Aboudi, included introducing the basics of the course, ethics of the teaching profession and university traditions: the concept and importance of professional ethics in the field of teaching, basic concepts and ethics of the profession and its sources, qualities and qualities of faculty members, general professional duties, education, learning, teaching and the components of the teaching process. The general and specific characteristics of modern teaching methods and teaching components, including the teacher (the teaching) and the learner (students), the educational/behavioral goals, the educational content, and a statement of the teaching tools (planning, implementation, evaluation) the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching, methods and strategy of teaching, strategic activities, and the method and method of teaching Strategy, learning theories, planning processes and procedures, leadership, management, evaluation, and teaching roles in light of e-learning.
