‏workshop about administrative leadership.

‏The aims of the workshop, which is part of the leadership skills course, are to enlighten the focus

‏on the most prominent concepts, characteristics, and modern instructions to the administrative leadership supported by realistic examples, and to acquaint the course participants with the skills and leadership capabilities necessary to carry out their work, tasks, and accomplish the efficient and effective way

‏ The workshop which was presented by Dr. Abbas Abdel Hamid Abdel Abbas included the administrative leadership concept and its importance in organizations of all different kinds

‏and the detailed answer is clear and accurate with realistic examples of the following question:

‏Who is the leader?  What is the role he plays towards the people who leads? 

Alon with detailed answer with clearly realistic examples and the similarities and differences between leadership and management, management skills, their types and how to invest them by the managers. It also tackles the most characters and qualities that the leader possesses and presents
