It discussed functions, administration, and human resource management as an open system, along with the relationship between human resource management and other departments. The course also delved into centralized and decentralized human resource management, the required skills, the concept of performance evaluation, its importance, goals, methods, performance evaluation issues, evaluating bodies, and the current challenges facing human resource management. It emphasized the key characteristics necessary for effective organizations and addressed talent management as part of human resource management.
