The meeting was chaired by the Director of the Center for Development and Continuing Education, Professor Dr. Iman Shemkhi Jaber, along with representatives from the Development Department and Training Department.

Several points were discussed during the meeting, including:

Documenting a schedule of upcoming activities with an official document and sending it through email, using standardized formats.

Establishing a quarterly or semi-annual schedule to determine the activities that each college or center will conduct, with prior notification to our center.

3. Discussing the issue of certain colleges independently organizing courses and workshops without prior notification to the center.

The meeting also resulted in a collective decision against certain colleges independently receiving direct payments for courses and dividing them according to percentages without including them in the center's accounts
