The University of Basra organized a lecture on "Introduction to Learning and Teaching for the Administrative Specialization." This lecture is part of a course on modern teaching methods for the administrative specialization, aimed at acquiring essential skills for learning the fundamentals of education and teaching.

The lecture, presented by Dr. Munaaf Abdul-Kadhim Al-Qat'an and instructor Marwa Musa Al-Ma'tuq, covered the concepts of learning and teaching, the differences between them, types of education, and factors influencing the effectiveness of the learning and teaching process. Additionally, various individual and group activities were included, along with tasks assigned to participants for response and submission on the specialized electronic platform for the administrative specialization
