The University of Basrah organized a lecture about” the introduction to education and learning in the applied specialization.”

 The objective of the lecture, which is part of the teaching methods course for the applied specialization, is to acquaint the. participants with educational theories and their application in designing integrated learning for applied sciences.

The lecture that was presented by Dr. Ali Badr Roomi and Dr. Raed Nasr Kazem included practical applications of thinking types which suitable for applied sciences, educational administration, and tasks for trainees.

At the end of the lecture, the presenter recommended that necessity the other trainees understand the differences between teaching and learning, apply educational theories, and enhance skills using these theories and thinking types in the applied classroom
