'University of Basra launches the updated curriculum teaching methods course for the southern region, Unit Four.

The Continuous Education and Development Center at the University of Basra inaugurated Unit Four titled 'Developing Digital Content and Supporting Practical Work,' presented by Dr. Adi Bshir Issa from the College of Engineering, Electrical Department, and Dr. Zainab Ali Khalef from the College of Science, Computer Science Department.

The opening addressed the ministerial program on the Bologna process for scientific and humanities specializations. It also explained how to design digital content, introducing participants to e-learning technologies and platforms through creating classes on Google Meet, Classroom, Zoom, AVCC, and other programs. It highlighted the use of PowerPoint presentations and their applications, including adding tests and attendance as supporting elements for students.

During the event, there were practical activities, and the teaching staff were evaluated. The University of Basra is committed to implementing the Bologna process for all specializations, with the potential for development observed in the updated curriculum teaching methods course, a significant project ensuring the robustness and quality of education.
