The objective of the lecture, Attention by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and executed by the University of Basrah, is to acquaint participants with quality control tools.

 It emphasize the importance of these tools in education, presents a variety of educational quality control tools, and applies the macross the university and various disciplines.

The lecture, which was presented by the instructor, by Dr. Mustafa Abdulridha Kazim, a faculty member at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basrah, involved tools such as strategic analysis, SWOT analysis, Deming's cycle, and Ishikawa's tool (Fishbone). It also included the analysis of educational problems using quality control tools.

At the end of the lecture, the presenter recommended the necessity of prioritizing the quality of education and implementing quality control tools in educational institutions
