The Centre for Continuous Development and Education at Basra University organized a course on safety and first aid

The aim of the course is to raise awareness about the importance of first aid in saving lives, encourage learning of first aid for all members of the community and raise awareness of the most important domestic and external accidents and first aid methods. and identifying life-threatening situations

Dr. Ali Khion Tarsh's course included Learn a range of life-saving skills, first aid for children, first aid for adults, first aid in the workplace, principles and basics of first aid, surgical first aid, vital signs, sick story, ambulance, circulatory system injuries, burns and poisoning, principles of fracture ambulance, individual paramedic bag and some medical terminology.

At the end of the recommendation, first aid should be provided in order to be able to help ourselves and others, contact the ambulance and transfer the condition to the nearest hospital and visit the competent doctor after the first aid procedure.
