The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a lecture on the Digital Content Development Unit: Electronic Platforms, the fourth unit of the updated teaching methods curriculum for the southern region within the educational specialty.

The goal of the lecture, part of the updated teaching methods curriculum for the southern region within the educational specialty, was for trainees to be able to understand the difference between online and in-person lectures, become familiar with e-learning, and learn how to plan an online lecture by the end of the training session.

The lecture, presented by Dr. Ezzedine Ali Jaber from the College of Basic Education at the University of Samarra, covered the difference between online and in-person lectures, planning for online lectures, the conditions for successful e-learning, and activities and tasks for trainees on how to conduct online lectures.

In conclusion, the recommendation was to facilitate procedures, overcome difficulties, and provide electronic tools by Iraqi universities
