The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra, in cooperation with the office of the Sacred Popular Mobilization Authority in Basra Governorate, held a course on administration and finance at the Martyr Leader Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis Cultural Center in the Presidential Palaces.

The aim of the course was to develop the participants from the cadres of the Popular Mobilization Authority in financial and administrative topics within academic and professional frameworks.

The course included lectures by Ms. Amna Kazem Omran on the financial aspect and Ms. Ban Muslim Hattab on the administrative aspect. The financial topics covered how to write financial requests, fill receipts, manage inventory, and settle advances. The administrative topics included how to draft official letters, handle formal correspondences, and understand administrative hierarchy.

In conclusion, the lecturers were honored with plaques, and certificates of participation were distributed to the participants
