University of Basra Launches a Teaching Methods Course for the Updated Curriculum

The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra has inaugurated the third teaching methods course, focusing on blended learning in line with the updated curriculum and the ministerial program, with the participation of teaching methods experts.

 

The course aims to enhance the trainees' skills and qualify them to attain academic titles.

 

The course, conducted by Dr. Rafid Abduljabbar Mohammed and Dr. Mustafa Abdulredha, spans three months and consists of eight units. The introductory unit on education and learning was presented by Dr. Rafid Abduljabbar from the College of Medicine at the University of Basra, offering an academic lecture designed to achieve advanced results in teaching methods. The program emphasized the importance of specialization to establish fundamental pillars for advancing the educational sector. Additionally, it outlined the stages of the teaching methods modernization project based on the updated curriculum, with a detailed presentation on learning and education.
