Basra University organizes a lecture on teaching design for the applied specialization

 

The Center for Development and Continuing Education at Basra University organized a lecture on teaching design in the applied specialization as part of the third methods of teaching course.

 

The lecture, presented by Dr. Inam Mahmoud Najm Al-Rubaie, included training participants on how to design a lesson in a way that is useful for both the teacher and the student, as it saves time and effort for both parties, in addition to its importance in clarifying the details of the scientific content in a coherent manner. By the end of the lecture, the trainees should be able to understand the meaning of teaching design and its importance for both the teacher and the student, and comprehend the significance of formulating smart goals and easily determining study rules.

 

They should conclude the fundamental principles of educational design planning, differentiate between strategy, approach, and method, and distinguish the good specifications for teaching strategies, as well as being capable of applying lesson design using a toolkit
