Basra University organizes a course on the correctness of the Arabic language

 

The Center for Development and Continuing Education at Basra University organized a course on the correctness of the Arabic language.

 

The aim of the course is to familiarize participants with topics related to language correctness to enhance their skills and develop them.

 

The course, presented by Dr. Walaa Mahmoud Shaker, included several topics such as: rules for writing the hamzah, the distinguishing alif, the "waaw" of the collective, rules for writing the open and closed "taa," the letters "dhad" and "dhah," rules for writing numbers, punctuation marks, and common language errors.

 

The recommendation was to continue holding such courses to enhance the ability of the workers to develop their language skills and overcome spelling and grammatical errors.
