The University of Basrah holds a course on the Law of Discipline for State Employees

The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a course on the Law of Discipline for State Employees.

 

The course aims to train employees from the university and government departments to develop their skills in legal management.

 

The course, presented by instructor Sajad Sabah Adham Al-Hajami, included an introduction to the Law of Discipline for State Employees and its applicability, as well as definitions of the terms mentioned in it, in addition to the duties of public employees outlined in Articles (4) and (5) of the Law of Discipline for State Employees and the Public Sector No. (14) of 1991, as amended.

 

It also covered the concept of disciplinary offenses, their types, causes of occurrence, as well as disciplinary penalties, investigation methods, and evidence.
