The Center for development and continuing education at the University of Basra organized an online lecture on Change Management. The lecture, which is part of the tasks and responsibilities of the middle departments, aims to demonstrate the great and influential role that it plays in the growth and improvement of the performance of organizations of all kinds; to keep abreast of developments in different business environments. The lecture presented by Dr. Abbas Abdul Hamid Abdul Abbas included the definition of the concept of administrative change and its importance in organizations of all kinds, the distinction from the organizational and administrative point of view, the difference between change and change, the most important reasons for resisting change in organizations, and focusing on the positive role of administrative leadership in the success of the administrative change process .
