The Center for Development and Continuous Education at Basra University organized a lecture on developing facilitation skills for trainers for the fifth unit of the educational specialization in the teaching methods course.

The lecture aims to enable trainees to effectively plan and implement facilitation skills in the educational process, making facilitation skills applicable in teaching, workshops, and seminars involving educators.

The lecture, presented by Dr. Zainab Faleh Salem, included an introduction for trainees about the concept of facilitation and its skills, emphasizing that facilitation skills are crucial for guiding student groups, enhancing effective communication, and ensuring fruitful outcomes to create an effective educational environment.
