The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a lecture on successful teaching skills for the fifth unit of the applied specialization as part of the teaching methods course. The lecture aims to equip participants with teaching skills that enable them to perform the teaching profession efficiently and effectively, and to demonstrate the importance of teaching skills in students' cognitive achievement.

The lecture, presented by Dr. Mustafa Abdul-Ridha Kazem, included an introduction to teaching skills, the skill of influencing others, and the skill of managing class time.
